Admit decision

I am EE undergraduate graduating in May and starting my graduate school in Fall. I did my undergrad from SUNY buffalo with a GPA of 3.95. I got admitted to my school ie SUNY buffalo with a full tuition waiver and stipend. So far I have only gotten acceptance from university of florida with the achievement award which gives me partial tuition waiver for almost 30 credits. At my undergrad school, I have been accepted into the Phd program while at UF, i m still admitted into the MS program. The phd credit req for uf is 90 credits while at Suny buffalo, it is 72. There are chances of my being able to get TA/RA ship after a year at UF. I am kinda confused as to which school to attend. btw, my concentration is communications in EE.

anyone has any idea how much school reputation matters in phd degree?
