If so, have you already accepted or declined the offer? I am on the waiting list. If some domestic students will decline the offer, they may admit me. I am an international student and I wait for the final decisions of domestic students since the admitted international candidate has already accepted the offer. If you are on the waiting list of domestic students, what will be your decision if they will make you an offer?
