SUNY Buffalo vs SUNY Stony Brook

I have got admits from SUNY Buffalo and Stony Brook for Computer Science (fall 2012).

Can anyone compare these 2 universities for the following areas :

1. Artificial Intelligence

2. Theory - Theory of computation, Discrete Mathematics, Formal Languages etc.
