I contacted my program director and he informed me that, beyond getting them my immunization records and official transcripts, I didn't need to do anything unless I planned to reject the offer. I sent my official transcripts in a while ago too, although I'm not sure if they received them, since no one ever mentioned them again. Just curious, which program are you in? I'm in electrical. I was able to check if they received my transcripts (as well as immunization records) from the UTexas Direct website (https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/adm/mystatus/).
