Help! Canadian Student Visa Application in Nigeria

I just got an admission offer from Simon Fraser University and will be applying for study permit as soon as I get the Hard copy of my admission letter and acceptance. Am expecting this soon. School starts in September.

I checked the study visa application process in CIC website and found out that Original and a photocopy of Post Secondary transcripts is needed in the application package. From experience, the Universities I graduated from do not give Transcripts to students instead they mail it directly to the institution requesting for it.

My question now is, how do I add my transcripts to my application if my schools will be mailing it separately. I need help from Nigerians who have successfully gone through this process and are in Canada now. Thanks for your help.
