Looking for a research based masters with funding.

Hi everyone,

I did my bachelors(electrical engg.) from a mid tier Indian univ. with a GPA of 7.37/10 (7.0 is B and 8.0 is B+). I am currently about to finish a 1 year coursework based Masters from a top ranked asian univ. (GPA(1st semester) : 4.225/4.3).

My GRE score is 1420 (quant : 790, verb : 630).

I am not published as of yet.

I was looking forward to applying in some Canadian univs for the research based Masters (MASc), as well as some US univs. Can someone please tell me what are my chances of getting an admit (with funding at the following universities.).

Mc Master univ. (MAsc),

Queens Univ.

Univ of Alberta.

Any other safe univs that you can recommend? Also can someone recommend US unvis that offer financial asssitance to incoming gradute students?
