UMN vs USC vs NCSU for MS in CS ?

Hello,

I am confused between UMN (University of Minnesita, Twin Cities), USC and NCSU for MS in CS.

I am inclined more towards research work in my MS degree as I will be applying for PhD later but good job scenario is also important.

I want to specialize in Artificial Intelligence or Systems

Please help me out to select the best one.
