acceptance into memorial university's mph prog

hi everyone,

I have been waiting for Memorial's official letter and the wait is driving me crazy, My status changed to 'decision made' on the 8th of May, and that means that my letter should be on its way. I have gotten no email or other correspondence from them, so I have no idea about what the decision is. I just want to know if this is the usual practice with them. Does this indicate that i was rejected? . I live in Nigeria so I understand why the letter is taking so long to get here, but still its been almost 4 weeks and it shouldnt be this long... Has anyone been admitted into Memorial for this fall?
