TESOL/Spanish Dual Masters at NYU Steinhardt- or somewhere else?

I am an undergraduate "super senior" (spending an extra semester because I decided to get a major in Spanish rather than a minor), and I am looking into grad programs that would certify me to teach both TESOL and Spanish in public schools. This is my first choice, but I am also looking into ESL/TESOL only. The program at NYU Steinhardt is definitely my #1 pick, but I'm worried that I won't get in. I was wondering if anyone had information on acceptance to that program? Also, any information about other schools that offer a similar program (dual degree) would be great! I know that Molloy College in Long Island has one, as well as UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham).

Thanks! :)

UF, ST.Leo, other Florida schools and Texas also offer but I have read that you require a teaching license before starting.
