Hey Everyone,

We all want to apply to 100 schools but we just can't afford to. Application fees can have a great impact on our application process. So I have a short list of some free or cheap application fees for MS/PhD programs to help us all out.

Please add to the list if you know of any.

University of California - Riverside - $0

Vanderbilt University - $0

NYIT - $0

University of Florida - Gainesville - $30

Ohio State University - $40

I think the app fee for Johns Hopkins is something like $25 and that for University of Utah is around 15 bucks. And correct me if I am wrong, the app fee for UC-Riverside is a whooping $100!

Thanks for the response! I forgot about Johns Hopkins.

University of Utah - The University application fee is $55 for domestic applicants and $65 for foreign applications. Neither can be waived under any circumstances. There is a $30 late handling fee for materials submitted after Admissions deadlines.

Please correct me if I am wrong

UC-Riverside - The application fee is FREE for applicants who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents that apply prior to January 5, 2012.

Although this applied to last year's applicants, they should offer the same thing this year.

Application fees can have a great impact on our application process.

Only if you are applying to way too many schools.
