aj_collector Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Hey Everyone, We all want to apply to 100 schools but we just can't afford to. Application fees can have a great impact on our application process. So I have a short list of some free or cheap application fees for MS/PhD programs to help us all out. Please add to the list if you know of any. University of California - Riverside - $0 Vanderbilt University - $0 NYIT - $0 University of Florida - Gainesville - $30 Ohio State University - $40
vision15 Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 (edited) I think the app fee for Johns Hopkins is something like $25 and that for University of Utah is around 15 bucks. And correct me if I am wrong, the app fee for UC-Riverside is a whooping $100! Edited June 15, 2012 by fall13applicant
aj_collector Posted June 15, 2012 Author Posted June 15, 2012 Thanks for the response! I forgot about Johns Hopkins. University of Utah - The University application fee is $55 for domestic applicants and $65 for foreign applications. Neither can be waived under any circumstances. There is a $30 late handling fee for materials submitted after Admissions deadlines. Please correct me if I am wrong UC-Riverside - The application fee is FREE for applicants who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents that apply prior to January 5, 2012. http://www1.cs.ucr.edu/education/graduate/admissions/ Although this applied to last year's applicants, they should offer the same thing this year.
victor.s.andrei Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Application fees can have a great impact on our application process. Only if you are applying to way too many schools.
