Looking to do a PhD in Engineering Management

Hey folk,

I m currently a Masters student in Mechanical Engineering, I am looking to do a PhD in Engineering Managment more precisely Systems Engineering from a Project Management Standpoint especially Managing Technological Entrepreneurship. I m hoping to start a thinktank and entrepreneurship/venture capital firm in the third world.

Does anyone have any programs that they would recommend, I m open to applying to schools in the US, Canada, UK who would possibly have funding. I m also open to any english speaking country. I m thinking of applying this fall for 2013 fall.

Any advice given would be much appreciated.
