ynori111 Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 I would like to apply for the Commonwealth Scholarships for Developing Countries 2013. I am applying under the 'taught masters' category My concerns are the following: 1) should I have already applied to the programmes of my choice when I apply for the scholarship (the deadline for which in my country is 7th October, so this seems a little less pragmatic) 2) what exactly is this nominating agency? So when I try to apply online, there are 2 agencies listed - the Ministry of Human Resource and University Grants Commission. With respect to the former, in brackets it says "inward"- so does that mean my nominating agency is the UGC? 3) I am currently employed. So if I am submitting an online application, should I submit a 'No-objection' certificate from my employer? Can some one please address these concerns of mine? Thanks in advance!
