Development psychology

I am currently in process of finding a research topic. I have done some literature review but I am unsure howi formulate a Question. I feel I am jumping ahead and thinking of methodology...I have gone back to the drawing board and re read some of the literature. I have some type of question but dunno if it really a question ( dunno if I am making sense). If anyone in development psychology or psycology( or anyone) willing to listen please reply and help me out if I am on right track...would be greatly appreciated..

What about revisiting your Lit reviews and see if you can find a previous interesting study that you could analyse in more depth and see if it can be replicated or reformulated?
