Registration Problem

i have experienced some technical problems in registering gre online.

I took the test on Sep.27th, and i would like to retake it in december. I understand the new 30-day rule. so that;s why i choose the december.

after i choose the test center, i click the"schedule an appiontment". normally it will show me a list of dates and time. but now it just shows " an error occurs when retrievitng your time eligibility, please try again later". i am not sure if it is a technical problem or the 30-day policy?

if it is the 30-day policy issue, does it mean there is nothing i can do within 30 days, even register another test in december?

I registered for another GRE exam slot roughly a week after my first attempt. I ensured there was a 30 day gap at minimum, like you. So, there should not be a problem with that.
