Seeking an EE student to build a prototype for a new product

I am a recent grad with a degree in integrated business and engineering, I have been working on a new product idea and am in need of someone with an EE degree who can help facilitate a working prototype.

I feel confident that I will find the qualified graduate student, here in this forum, who wants to earn some extra money.

I am currently in need of an individual who can build a circuit board as well as a UV light bulb which is small in size. The desired dimensions are less than 50mm in length. The UV lamp will be used to kill bacteria for items related to toothbrush sanitizers so it is to have the same functionality. The lamp must be germicidal and be able to sterilize an item as a toothbrush sanitizer does to the toothbrush.
