viggosloof28 Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Hi all! I know this is kind of a silly question, but I could really use some feedback. I'm applying for PhD programs in European History (to some of the top programs in the US). I took the old version of the GRE back in 2009, and received these scores: 640 verbal, 760 quantitative, and 5.0 writing. Are my verbal and writing scores too low for PhD programs in History, especially the really good ones? Should I re-take? Any and all advice is appreciated!
