Accidentally created 2 applications for 1 place?

Er, so I accidentally created 2 applications (or actually accounts) for the same place because I forgot my username until after I created my second account. Will this cause any issues when I submit my application?

No, if you don't submit your second application, the school will never process it. If it makes you feel better, you could log into your old account and delete everything you've entered though.
