Applime Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 My name is supposed to be something like: Axx Axxxx Axxx, where each A are supposed to be CAPITALIZED. When I took the test, I wrote my name like : Axx axxxx Axxx. So now, my name on the ETS system looks like: Axxaxxxx Axxx. I know that the space is not recognized by the ETS system, but I am really worried about the capitalization issue. Will this be a problem when the graduate schools get my scores?
bamafan Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 The graduate schools can probably figure it out when they receive materials. Often, some will have a section where you can also write down "Alternate Names".
TeaGirl Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 If you can fill out an alternative name do that, otherwise make sure you email the graduate program/school and explain the name confusion, just so you make sure that they match your name to the scores sent.
