"extra" question on work experience & activities

There's a section on my online app with the following question:

"Describe employment occupation or activities pertinent to your graduate goals during or since your collegiate studies."

I'm a little confused what I should be writing here, because this section is in addition to a work experience section where I list my jobs, my resume where I list my extracurricular activities/volunteer opportunities, and my statement or purpose where I expand on all of my work and volunteer experience (and explain how it got me to where I am). What exactly should I be focusing on here? I feel like it's a little redundant.
