For those who applied this year, has anybody received an call for an interview yet.

For those who applied last year, what was your experience like.

Hello, I applied this year and I haven't received a call for an interview yet. My employer member status went to "released" about a week ago, after being "matched" for awhile so I don't know what that means.

Mine has been matched since i sent in the application. it has not changed neither have i received an call for an interview.

Hi again! My status went back to "matched" about 3 weeks ago. Then I received an email to schedule a phone interview with DuPont! I did the interview 3 days after the email, and today I got an email saying I was selected by DuPont for a GEM PhD fellowship!!! I'm so excited and I wish you the best of luck in your pursuits!

I was not selected. Hopefully other fellowships come through for me.

I clicked on Purdue University in the "planning to attend" section. I've been matched with an employer since I applied for the fellowship. Still waiting for an email (hopefully from Aerospace Corp). We'll see what happens if I don't get a fellowship at least Purdue has their own in school fellowships for diversity applicants. Good luck everyone!

So I did not get the GEM fellow however my school awarded me the GEM associate Fellow. according the the letter they would pay for my tuition and give me a stipend for one year. 

Questions

1. Does anybody know how the GEM associate fellow works 

2. Will this stipend be on top of what the NSF is paying me?
