I am an International Student planning to apply for a PhD program in Materials Science and Engineering in USA.

Here are my academic status:

• UG GPA: 2.7 / 4 (From an especially accredited University world wide, top in my country)
  
• Graduate GPA (Master): 3.82 / 4 (From an especially accredited University world wide, top in my country)
  
• TOEFL iBT: 92
  
• GRE
  
• ------ Verbal: 147
  
• ------ Quantitative: 165
  
• ------ AW: 3.0
  
• Papers: 3 Well-known International Conferences (No ISI)
  

Planning to apply for Northwestern, Brown, U of Florida, Boston University, UC Irvine, Northeastern.

I wanted to know what are my chances...Could anyone suggest on my case? I will be pleased to have your comments.
