E-mail address on CV

I might be too worried about tiny things, but I'm wondering what e-mail address I should put on my CV that I'm submitting for applications. It makes more sense for me to use my university email address, but that's not the email address I used to sign up for my application accounts... would it be an issue if the two don't match up, or not at all?
