Master's abroad affect getting a job or licensing in U.S.?

I have been considering going abroad and get my masters for the experience and it is much cheaper. However, I want to come back and work in the states. Will having a masters from a different country make me less likely to get a job here in america? And I know it probably won't but will it affect my licensing at all? (I am structural eng. so this is important.)
