I am applying for biostat program in Fall2013. I got a phone interview from Umich and I'm wondering  if there is a high chance of acceptance? The professoor said the decision will be made in late Feb.

BTW, I was rejected by JHU and Minnesota.

Usually, an interview is followed by an admissions offer, but I don't know the exact processes of all departments.
