Is that sufficient to be accepted for Ph.D in Medicinal Chemistry??

I applied for Ph.D in medicinal chemistry at Purdue,Michigan, Minnesota and Texas at Austin
I have GPA 3.25 , GRE General score is 293 GRE chemistry is 600 and the IELTS score is 6.5

I want to know If I have chance to be accepted in one of these universities or not
I just worried about that

Your GPA is a bit on the low side. Your GRE scores are very low.

Do you have work/research experience? Publications? Etc?

NO
