I feel confused

I faced a bad situation with my advisor he is very negative and has bad behavior and many students leave his lab. I applied to another schools I had a master degree so I asked my previous people who I worked with to provide me with recommendation. I have publications from my master and also poster presentation. I asked the committee to change my advisor but they refused my petition. I may ask a professor that I took his course to provide me with a recommendation I am worried if he will reveal my request to the committee or keep confidential. I am international student. I couldn’t take the risk.

I have an offer to do Ph.D in chemistry in 300th ranked school in this field, Could It possible to have an academic job with this Ph.D or not? and if it is not possible could it is easily to transfer to another top ranked school?

I have received an unconditioal offer from the University of Edinburgh what about funding resources any one could help me ??

I applied for Ph.D in medicinal chemistry at Purdue,Michigan, Minnesota and Texas at Austin I have GPA 3.25 , GRE General score is 293 GRE chemistry is 600 and the IELTS score is 6.5 I want to know If I have chance to be accepted in one of these universities or not I just worried about that

I don't have any (research, SOP, LORs) I just have an experience of undergraduate research program at my faculty and leadership skills I'm doning my Master research now
