UK or USA for Masters in Public Relations

I am confused whether to apply for UK or USA for Masters in Public Relations & Meida? Can anyone help me on this. I have Cardiff on my mind. In terms of exposure to PR, job, oppurtunities i want to check which is better ...

Public relations is very different from public policy/administration. They aren't the same type of program.

International Affairs and Public Relations are very different indeed. You might want to check thread under 'social sciences' --> 'communications'
