Be able to talk about your research interests, career plans (SOP). Be able to discuss why you chose that particular program and with whom you'd like to work. Be sure to have some questions for them. Honestly, my interviews were all entirely different. There's no great way to prepare. The usually just want to get a feel for you. The interview means they are interested. Don't stress. Good luck.
