Official offers Penn State, Pitt?

Has anyone received their official offers from Pitt or Penn State after the unofficial acceptance? And if so, did you receive them via email or postal mail? I got my unofficial decisions in the final week of January but I do not have anything official yet and, well, I am starting to worry a little

I'm not completely sure what you mean by unofficial decision, but when I got my acceptance phone call from Pitt it was followed by an email with an official letter attached. I think Kristin Kanthak had them written up at the time the offer was made so maybe you should just call and ask them to email it to you

Ah, yes. Sorry, my initial post was a little vague. I did get the email with the Political Science department's decision, but I am still waiting for the official letter of admission from the Dietrich School, which I was told in the decision letter I should be receiving "shortly." After all, so far I have just been recommended for admission. I am probably just being paranoid, but I would like to hold the official offer in my hands sooner rather than later But if I am interpreting your post correctly, you haven't received it either, yet, so I will just breathe.

I haven't gotten anything from Dietrich either. I wouldn't worry too much about it... I have never heard of someone being recommended for admission and then not actually admitted.

I've not received anything from Penn State. No official acceptance/rejection/waitlist. Maybe they just forgot about me

Hello all. I just got my official letter from Pitt today in the mail, after also having received notice in late January. So no worries, your letter should be there soon I would imagine.
