I am antsy (aren't we all??) and would like to do the same, but am unsure about the proper etiquette for writing such a letter? How do you phrase your inquiries? Very best to you all! Spritely Posted March 10, 2009 Share Posted March 10, 2009 I e-mail (or, better, call) the administrative person rather than the DGS and say something like: Sorry to bother you with what I assume is one of many requests, but is there a timeline for notification of PhD applications?
