Schools applied: U Mich, IUPUI, Louisville, UNC, Cincinnati, UK (this is a DrPH in epi, other 5 are PhDs)

interview: U Mich, IUPUI, UK

accepted: U Mich, UK

rejected: UNC

waiting list: IUPUI

haven't heard from Louisville or Cincinnati
