Got an Email from Duke about tuition... is this a good sign?

I applied for a Masters at Duke University's Religious Studies Program.

 

Today I got an email saying that they were very interested in my application, and they gave me a break down of the tuition costs. But I still haven't got an acceptance letter or email.

 

Is this a good sign? Or is this just a generic email that they send to everyone?

If it was personalized to you (i.e. saying that they were interested in your application), that sounds like a great sign.
