rcacemek Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 I've heard back from 3/6 schools, and this whole admissions process is starting to do my head in. Academic background: undergraduate degree in Linguistics from Brandeis (3.917 GPA overall), and okay GRE scores (can't remember exact numbers, but 51st percentile for Quantitative and 95th+ percentile for Analytic Writing/Verbal). So far I've been accepted to NYU (no scholarship, at least that they've said) and MGH (no scholarship, but an assistantship). I was also waitlisted at BU, which confused me a little since they interviewed me. Now I still need to hear back from Emerson, Northwestern, and Columbia. I'm especially worried since it seems others have been hearing back from Emerson. Any wisdom/experience? Were my results so far totally random? It seems like this admissions season is going far from how I expected!
mystiqueSLP Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 (edited) What exactly did you expect? You seem to have some options and no rejections so far.. Edited March 11, 2013 by mystiqueSLP lele 1
