Advice...A friend in need (questions regarding MA programs in English Lit)

As I wish for most of you, I was accepted to several schools. While I'm still waiting on the stragglers, I figured I'd narrow down what I've already got. What do you know about these: Florida Atlantic University and Georgia State University? Both English Literature programs, both with GTA offers. I live in South Florida, but am very willing to move, so distance isn't an issue.

 

Thoughts?

 

I've exhausted my resources asking about this, so I thought maybe y'all would possibly help. I'd appreciate any words.
