Stanford MS&E . Getting dual degree or somehow getting into phd program?

I am senior in college who majored in electrical engineering. I got into stanford masters ms&E. 

 

I am wondering how easy is it to get a CME masters or a EE masters. 

 

In addition, how would one go about getting into research at stanford as a masters student?
