I'm an international student who got Statistics Ph.D. admission (without ganranteed financial support) of University of Wisconxin Madison and Stat MSc offer of UBC in Canada. I try to make the final decision but it's rather difficult for me: it'll cost me a lot of money to cover the tuition and living costs if accepting Wisc; the financial support of UBC can cover the whole thing for 2 years' study.
