UIUC MCS vs CMU MSIT

I have an admit from CMU MSIT eBusiness Technology program and UIUC professional MCS program - No aid from either. The program at CMU is of 1 year (3 semesters) and totally project based with minimal coursework. UIUC MCS is just like MS CS except thesis - 1.5 years. I know both programs are very different and teach altogether different things. However, still I want to compare them on following points-

 

1. Which program is more reputed?

2. Which has better job prospects? Better return on investments?

3. Please share your experiences of program if you happened to have studied or studying in any of them.
