sonicsustain Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Knight's Inn is less downtown, more Boardwalk. Pretty scuzzy area (think hookers and whatever kinda drugs you are looking for). Eh, it's one night. And it can't be any worse than Moreno Valley by Riverside.
teaganc Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 (think hookers and whatever kinda drugs you are looking for). So you are saying it's a full-service hotel, then?
Lisa Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 This is the placement data they offer: http://literature.ucsc.edu/graduate/alumni.php. There are a lot of people listed who have gone on to work in English and Literature programs, but because it's a "sample" listing (supposedly, and God, I hope so), it leaves me wondering where MOST people have ended up. Do you think it would be weird (well, I guess it would be, but would it be acceptable) to e-mail one of the professors listed and ask if they encountered any difficulties trying to get a job? If you decide to do this, please let us know. I might think about doing it as well.
sonicsustain Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 So you are saying it's a full-service hotel, then? Win.
sonicsustain Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Any of you made a decision on this program yet?
