Hello. I was accepted to MA programs in philosophy at Boston College and Loyola Marymount University and am having difficulty deciding between them.

Boston College has a better reputation for its undergraduate program, but Loyola Marymount University has extremely good placement into PhD programs from their masters program. The only thing that matters to me is getting into a good PhD program. Costs, geography, and all other factors are secondary.

Which school has the better reputation for its graduate programs? Which school would you guys go to? Which school looks better on a resume? I feel really stuck. Thank you!
