ITP at Tisch vs Media design program at Art Center college, Pasadena

I ve be been accepted into ITP at Tisch School of arts, NYU and the Media Design program at Art Center College, Pasadena. I have little scholarship from art center - $4000 per term but the cost of attendance is over 70k per year.

Both Are extremely expensive schools. Which one is more value for money? Anyone attended school at any of these places? What was your experice like? Any pointers /advice would be really really helpful!

I've got an admit from ITP NYU for F14.
