Hey, I have some seniors who went to ITP. It is not traditional interaction design although they touch upon it- more focus is on phyisical computing. Mobile app based / HCI- UI UX related course are in CMU HCI dept/ GaTech HCI- these are the best ones. I'm not sure about ID IIT- guess go through the program and courses to get a better idea? Hope it helps.

@ those who went to NYU ITP , if you are still reading this- I've been accepted for fall 14 this year with 25K scholarship. how good or bad is that? Did you guys get a job after ITP? How was your experience? Did anyone take a loan- how easy difficult was it to pay debt? I'm from india- if i decide to go i'll have to take a loan to cover the rest of the cost, thanks!

Hi, Are you still at CMU MTID program? I got admits from CMU MTID and NYU ITP for fall 14, I'm a little confused. I have 6k scholership plus 12 k Ra ship offer out of 35k tuition fee at CMU I have 25k scholarship at NYU ITP out of 50 k that'd i'd be spending there annually. Does CMU guarantee job? How good is NYU ITP comparatively? It's a close call for me, your opinions are welcome! thanks.
