beajae Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Hi All, Can anyone give me feedback on the feasibility of applying for and being granted in-state residency for tuition purposes after the first year in a program? I understand that the process varies depending on the state and that simply living in a city for 12 months doesn't count. Some schools use "in-state tuition after the first year" as sort of a recruitment tool, but really a student can try to qualify for in-state residency for whichever school they attend. It's just a matter of being able to meet the requirements for a particular state. Thank you.
