ertanner
I am trying to make my decision, and unfortunately will not be able to attend the Open Houses at the schools where I have been accepted. I was wondering if someone knows of where I could contact current students (aside from, say, searching on Facebook or something) to get their opinions on the following programs: Georgetown Public Policy Institute UMD School of Public Policy UPitt Graduate School of Public and International Affairs Any ideas? Maybe I should try contacting the departments and asking for student contacts?
miratrix
Just contact whoever you've been in touch with there - professors might be best - and ask if they could put you in touch with current students. It's pretty common.
daddys_girl
yea the program coordinator or professor would be able to get you in contact with current students. That's what I've done. It's been pretty helpful.
