On a scale of one to ten, how much should I be freaking out?

So, I received an offer of admission for the Rhet/Comp MA program at Old Dominion around late March. I have yet to hear anything about financial aid. Is this normal? I am just really worried because if I don’t receive any sort of assistantship, I won’t be able to afford to go. Should I go back to stress eating, or is this normal?

Why don't you just email them? This seems like a perfectly legitimate issue to bring up, given how long you have patiently waited, and surely someone in the department will be able to give you specific information.
