CUNY Graduate Center P.h. D in Econ Chances of getting in

Hello everyone,

 

I am new here and planning on applying to CUNY Grad Center P.h. D. program in Econ for Fall 2014. I am currently a student at another CUNY, double major Econ and Math, overall GPA 3.89. My GREs are not very good though, 720/156 Quant, 440/149 Verb, and 4 on Essay. I have very good letters of rec, and I am planning to graduate with Honors in History. I am not sure if this would be any help though. Do I have any chances at the program? or should I look elsewhere? Also what universities should I look into with my scores and grades?
