Part-time PhD Assistantships

Folks,

 

     I'd like to apply for part-time PhD in computer science or information systems  and I'm looking for an assistantship bcz my employer won't be able to provide more than 10 grand/year which is not sufficient for sponsoring my PhD program.  I graduated from an Egyptian University in 2011 with a grade of Excellent with honor degree. I was intern at Google at my undergrad. After graduation, I worked for FedEx Services for 10 months. Afterwards, I joined Summa Technologies, best workplace in Western PA. I have one international journal publication and another IEEE Conference pulication. FYI, all my publications are single author pubs. I'm reviewer at the international journal of Computer Science and Information Technology. Also, I'm Program Committee at two international organizations. I was invited to the annual conference of the Department of Defense in US and I was invited as speaker for China Info-Tech 2013 conference in Shanghai. Any info about independent organizations offering such services according to my situation?
