Do I need to retake GRE?

I am a foreigner preparing to apply for a PhD programme for the fall season of 2014!

Yesterday I took the GRE, with a score of 316:  verbal 157, and quantative 159.

I am not quite sure whether such a score is presentable to apply for a PhD programme like literature or cultural studies? Preparing for the GRE has surely been a weary process for someone with a full-time job like me. It has been a hard balance to strike between work and study for the past months.

Will someone give me any suggestions?  Thank you!

I know that those scores would not bar you admittance from the Ivy League in the context of a Master degree (if you have a great profile), but for a PhD in these fields it could indeed be considered as insufficient. But it really depends on where you want to apply.
