avatarmomo Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Can someone please tell me why Pittsburgh is considered to be such an undesired place to study. I came across some comments saying "Pittsburgh Sociology is the worst graduate school", or "I don't even know why I applied this school" etc. I'm an international applicant with research interests in ethnicity, class, and social movements. Pittsburgh seems to be a good fit for me, and I'm seriously considering it, but comments on this school is really discouraging. I know it is not ranked high, but other than that it seems quite likeable. Can you please explain to me why it is so unpopular? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
