Jessiejingjing Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Hi guys, I see that most of you are very well versed in art history already -- I found out a year ago that I'd love to work in this area too. My undergrad major is English, master's major is Finance... I know Christie's Education and Sotheby's Institute of Art, and actually was accepted by one of them in London this year. but UKBA won't give me visa because studying a second master's degree does not show academic progress (!!!)... So... I am kind of stranded... Is there any art history programs in the US that are open to students of all backgrounds? I tried but didn't find much information. Help~~~ thanks!
Borden Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 The first question is, what do you hope to accomplish/become by going into art history? That will largely influence what sort of program you'll need to look into. EloiseGC 1
