No Commonwealth Scholarship Competition, Canada 2014-2015?

Hi all,

 

I see on the federal gov. website that there does not seem to be a Commonwealth Scholarship Competition open this year for students starting studies in the UK, in 2014-2015. Anyone know why? Really curious.... and... bad timing.
